Many carpet manufacturers are working toward requiring regular cleaning/maintenance by IICRC Certified carpet cleaning technicians for their warranties to be upheld. This new warranty rule will go into effect January of 2008. Using a company that is not IICRC certified could cancel your manufacturers warranty.
